Relying entirely on third-party tools for every capability makes a business dependent on decisions it cannot influence. Where it makes sense, we prefer to build, operate and improve our own products and infrastructure.
That does not mean building everything. Good technology is also built through collaboration with providers and companies whose strengths complement ours.
